You are looking for sustainable change - our systemic business coaching offers a holistic approach for long-term change. Be it a professional reorientation, conflict resolution or breaking through behavioral patterns: We all operate in systems, so we relate to our environment. That's why we use systemic coaching to look at the big picture.

First step: individual analysis. This can only be done together and at eye level. Together, we get to the bottom of the causes of your personal issues. Why do you react the way you do? What influence does your environment have? What moves you and why?

We use targeted questions, techniques and methods to open up new perspectives and question patterns of thought and action. As coaches, we work on a scientific basis, taking into account neurological and psychological aspects.

The aim is to encourage reflection, sharpen the coachee's own perception and activate their resources. Our systemic coaching is intended to guide solution-oriented thinking and enable the coachee to find their own options for action in the long term. In this way, coaching serves not only professional but also personal development.

The coaching session is conducted digitally via Microsoft Teams or by telephone. If desired, the module can also be conducted on site. Travel costs will be charged additionally. The coaching session is carried out by a qualified coach from our team, depending on availability and time arrangements.

A coaching session lasts 45 minutes. The price includes preparation and follow-up. Several coaching sessions can be booked at the same time. All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT at the applicable rate.
