Creation of data protection-compliant processing (Privacy by Design and by Default (PbDD))
Every company is obliged to document the processing of personal data and to describe the suppliers and systems used. With a data protection-compliant creation of the processing (Privacy by Design and by Default (PbDD)) or the data protection impact assessment (DSFA / Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)) in tools such as OneTrust or Cookiebot, companies follow the guidelines according to Art. 25 GDPR ("Privacy by Design & Default").
This recording is time-consuming and difficult to manage in day-to-day operations. We take over the creation and complete documentation of the processes and processing with the help of information from the specialist department and the legal department.
Suitable technical and organizational measures (TOMs) such as access restrictions or data minimization measures must be defined as early as the planning phase. The use of documentation software such as OneTrust supports this by providing structured entry masks for purposes, categories, recipients, deletion periods and legal bases. By default, only necessary data may be processed (by default). Correct implementation and transparency ensure that data protection risks are reduced and that no potential penalties and/or fines are to be expected in the event of official audits.
The price includes the assumption of project leadership and management for one project hour. All information for processing must be prepared by the specialist department and legal department in order to enable smooth preparation. The project management requires the provision of sufficient internal resources for the project. The scope does not include interviews or further discussions. Further interviews and appointments can be made possible by booking additional hours. If a tool/software is not yet in use, we also provide support in the analysis and implementation of suitable software.
The work is done remotely; the conditions do not include travel expenses. The module can be carried out on-site at the respective locations if desired. The implementation and management of the project will be taken over by a qualified consultant from our team, depending on availability and time arrangements. Travel costs will be charged additionally. All prices are net prices plus the statutory value-added tax at the applicable rate.
