  • Every company is obliged to document the processing of personal data and to describe the suppliers and systems used. With a data protection-compliant creation of the processing (Privacy by Design and by Default (PbDD)) or the data protection impact assessment (DSFA / Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)) in tools such as OneTrust or Cookiebot, companies follow the guidelines according to Art. 25 GDPR ("Privacy by Design & Default").

    This recording is time-consuming and difficult to manage in day-to-day operations. We take over the creation and complete documentation of the processes and processing with the help of information from the specialist department and the legal department.
