To the extent necessary to provide the services, we share your information with the following companies that assist us in providing the services:

  • Deutsche Post AG for sending course documents

  • If applicable, external service providers and partners who support us in providing our services (e.g. conducting workshops).

In addition, we transmit your e-mail and name to Microsoft Ireland Ltd. in order to conduct the seminars with Microsoft Teams. In the case of face-to-face seminars, we send your name to the respective seminar location in order to check your access authorisation.

3.2 Payment

3.2.1 Via PayPal

If payment is made via "PayPal". When paying with PayPal, your personal data is automatically transmitted to PayPal.

If payment for the booking is made via "Stripe", your personal data will be automatically transmitted to Stripe.

Stripe is an offer of Stripe, Inc, 510 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94103, but within the EU, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (SPEL), 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland, is responsible. The payment platform Stripe enables us to process your online payment by credit and debit card as well as fraud detection and prevention options.

The personal data transmitted to Stripe regularly includes the cardholder's name, e-mail address, customer number, order number, bank details, credit card details, credit card expiry date, credit card verification number (CVC), date and time of the transaction, transaction amount, name of the provider, location. Personal data relating to the respective order (e.g. number of items, item number, invoice amount and taxes and other invoice information) is also required to process the purchase contract.

Stripe assumes both the role of controller and processor for data processing. In the role of controller, Stripe uses the transferred data to fulfill regulatory obligations, which is in line with Stripe's legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and serves the performance of the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. We use a chatbot on our website that is based on ChatGPT's AI technology and is provided by Social Intents, LLC, 4880 Lower Roswell Rd, Suite 165-112, Marietta, GA 30068, USA ("Social Intents"). This chatbot is designed to improve interaction with you and provide efficient, automated responses to queries.

When using the chatbot, personal data may be collected, including the text messages you enter and possibly information that can be derived from your interaction with the chatbot. 6 Newsletter

On the website, we offer you the opportunity to register for our newsletter so that we can send you information and news about us and our services at regular intervals by e-mail.
