The search for and selection of marketing software and tools is one thing - the implementation and operational introduction is another. We help you as project managers to ensure smooth integration and use in all areas.
We take over the project management (certified as Scrum Master and Product Owner) and can also act as interim manager for you. This allows you to plan while we provide you with the best possible support until the final launch. The scope is defined with the team and the service provider and set out in detail in the project plan.
The price includes the assumption of project leadership and management for one project day. Within a project, the previously defined scope is completed with the internal team and, if applicable, the service provider. The operational implementation and project management requires the provision of sufficient internal resources for the project.
The work is done remotely; the conditions do not include travel expenses. The module can be carried out on-site at the respective locations if desired. The implementation and management of the project will be taken over by a qualified consultant from our team, depending on availability and time arrangements. Travel costs will be charged additionally. All prices are net prices plus the statutory value-added tax at the applicable rate.
