Chatarena

Description

Chatarena is an open source solution for assistants and support flows, designed for dialogues, context management, and integrations. In a self-hosting setup, it can serve as a front end for models or as a bot platform with channels and workflows. The focus is on user interaction and operability, not uncontrolled autonomy. The project is hosted as a repository at Farama Foundation and is called chatarena.

benefits

Quickly usable for end users because UI and flows are already in place. Facilitates rollout and adoption. Integration into channels reduces media breaks.

disadvantages

Without sources and rules, hallucinations arise. Data protection and rights are critical when it comes to internal data. Complex logic requires additional engineering.
